Correcting a record

Facility records repeat the Ministry of Health lists. If an entry is wrong on the list itself, the Ministry has to correct it, and the record here changes with the next edition. If a record here differs from the list, say which record and which field, and it will be fixed against the list.

A clinic whose brand page shows no linked facility can send the registered name of the facility it works from and a page on its own website that names it. The link is added once that page can be checked.

Clinics and doctors can also send a statement about their record. A statement is printed in full on the record, with its date, after review.

Send the brand name and its website. Until it is added, you can search the lists by the legal name the clinic gives you.
